Information Makes us Who we are
A human being is an amalgam of countless pieces of information. It could even be said that a person’s worth can be decided by the quality and quantity of information that he or she holds. A person who has a lot of positive information to contribute to society can be said to have a higher spiritual awareness.

Living in a sea of information, we need to be able to differentiate the various types of information.

Step 1 Sensitizing
The first step of Brain Education begins with sensitizing body and brain. Unlike any other part of body, brain is enclosed in cranium, preventing it from being directly touched or physically exercised. However, because every part of our body has its own corresponding area in brain, and they are in a close interactive connection, it is possible to activate the corresponding areas of brain by moving and stimulating different body parts. We can control the delicate movement of energy in our body as our sensitivity and concentration improves. Then, as a part of our body, we will be able to handle the brain the same way.

Step 2 Versitilizing

To improve the functionality of brain with limited number of brain cells is to promote increase in inter-cell actions and communication. What limits the inter-cell communication is the fixed brain circuit and neural-network (in hardware terms), and the fixed ideas and habits (in software terms). Brain Flex allows one’s brain to be free and flexible, and maximize integrative and cooperative inter-cell actions.

Step 3 Refreshing

There are two types of memory. One is factual memory, and the other is emotional memory. Emotional memory is a memory charged with emotional energy, which is reproduced when triggered, displaying similar emotional responses as in the original situation. People usually carry on such emotional memory for their life, reproducing the same emotional responses repeatedly. The process of ‘release’ is consciously letting go of this emotional energy from the emotional memory, changing an emotional memory into a factual memory, which will remain as pure experiential data for you to use to make a better choice in any given situation.

Step 4 Integrating

What is limiting yourself? It is your conceptual definition regarding who you are and what your life is for, which are the core information functioning as key factors in your brain. When you re-define yourself and your life purpose (the software approach), that brings a dramatic change to your brain power. Hardware methods for brain restructuring are Brain Circuit exercise, and Yul’nyo Vibration exercise. The software and hardware approaches interact synergistically, brining the optimum brain function. Brain System is completed when the universal rhythm of life is recovered and the triple layers of your brain are integrated into a whole, which means the creative power of the cerebral cortex gains a inexhaustible source of energy to actualize itself.

Step 5 Mastering

Brain feeds on information. Brain Energy is continuously providing data and energy to the brain to keep it functioning in its optimum level, allowing the three layers of your brain to work as a single unity. And the best way to do this is by living your realization out in your everyday life, which is convincing your brain by your own action. If you show who you are by the way you live, you will see your brain start really serving you.
