‘Do’ means to lead or pull the Ki-energy into the body. ‘In’ means stretching. Do-In exercise is effective Ki-exercise that consists of simple but highly effective movements that can be easily practiced by everyone, irrespective of physical strength. It is the most basic step of Dahn Yoga practice. This practice is based on Ilchi Lee‘s principles and methodologies.
|Technique:||Meridian Gym consists of precise coordination of correct postures, breathing, and consciousness. Some movements are done while holding the breath and some are done with natural breathing. The most important thing is to adjust the movement and the breathing according to the needs of the practitioner.|
