Many workers in today's society need to constantly increase their brain education as a way to stay on pace with the rest of the industry. However, sometimes this can be difficult to do due to financial and time constraints.

More companies are looking to offer options for those in the working world who may not otherwise have time for an education. The Welford Group announced that it has partnered with MindEdge Incorporated to include new online courses in nonprofit management, sustainable management, job search programs and entrepreneurship.

Company executives said that this will be a great way for users to increase their skills while still remaining on the job.

"[The courses] are a great addition to our existing online and face-to-face training programs and add to the flexibility and savings in travel that many of our clients seek," said Terry Welford, president of the company. "Our newest online programs strengthen The Welford Group's commitment to provide top quality leadership and professional development training and allow us to better serve leaders and professionals in a variety of industries."
