Each individual has a power inside them to dig themselves out of serious situations. Virtually every problem in life can be solved without relying on others if the person is willing to put in some effort to improve their situation.

Meditation, yoga and tai chi can enable individuals to boost their health and calm their mind.

Furthermore, these self healing methods may help individuals develop a definition of lifelong learning that could enable them to continue growing as a person for the rest of their life. This type of benefit only comes from relying on oneself.
