Healing Society in Action is a
volunteer-based organization that seeks to actualize love in
society through the Healing Society Movement. The realization
of love begins with loving ourselves. To being loving and knowing
our True Selves, we can start by respecting and loving our bodies
through recovering our physical health; for a healthy body is
the foundation of a healthy mind and spirit. |
Healing Society in Action uses Dahnhak
and Brain
Respiration as the methods through which we can recover our health
and meet our True Selves. Once we begin to love ourselves, then it
becomes easier to love our families and neighbors. This is the way
love grows; from ourselves to our families, then to neighbors and
our communities and eventually spreading to all of society.
It is our intention that love be the basis of all
fields of human endeavor. Most urgently in need of a change is the current system
of education. Our society teaches children to pursue only material goals using
competition and domination. We do not teach them what is genuinely important.
The countless incidences of school violence are one of the signs that our children
are trapped in a cycle of fear of the future. They are yearning, in vain, for
the warmth of true love. We have to rescue them before they pass the point of
no return. Now is the time to teach our children the preciousness of their true
selves and how to love themselves. For the complete healing of the Earth and of
society, we need to raise one clean, clear generation of young people. True education
must become a concrete expression of love. Likewise, we seek to actualize
true religion, true arts, true science, true philosophy, true medicine, true economy,
true politics and so forth, which has love as its core value.
