On October 28th, 2001, during Ilchi Lee's national lecture tour, the city of Atlanta, Georgia proclaimed that day as 'Ilchi Lee Day'. The mayor stated, " We commend Dr. Seung Heun Lee for his priceless and immeasurable contributions to our society."
