On-Line Class
In the on-line class, we will introduce the basic principles and
methods of Brain Respiration. This will be easy to understand and
the practice will be easy to follow. We recommend that you practice
regularly for 30 minutes a day at the same time each day. If you
practice regularly, you will begin to notice the benefits after
around two weeks.
Experience Brain Respiration and start being the true master of
your own brain !
