On-Line Class


In the on-line class, we will introduce the basic principles and methods of Dahnhak. This will be easy to understand and the practice will be easy to follow. We recommend that you practice regularly for 30 to 50 minutes a day at the same time each day. If you practice regularly, you will begin to notice the benefits after about two weeks.

Introduction to a Regular Dahn Class
A higher dimension of consciousness and self-awareness can be reached through the consistent practice of regular classes. A regular Dahn class assists the individual in integrating mind, body, and spirit, which leads naturally to a healthier and more joyful approach to the mastery of life. The main focus of the regular one-hour class is stretching, energy awareness and meditative breath work in a series of postures.

Meridian Gym
An integrative stretching exercise to stimulate your meridian system. These exercises are designed to open meridian channels to increase energy flow, which facilitates natural healing. This practice will increase your Ki-energy, flexibility, and fitness. You will also learn to release negative energy caused by stress.

Energizing Breathwork
Meditation with a focus on respiration and Ki-energy. Through the conscious control of your breath, you will learn how to eliminate the harmful effects of stress and negative emotions. You will boost your immune system and restore the natural healing power to your body.

Ki- Controlling Meditation
Learning how to control the energy flow is learning how to control your mind. Through the Ki-controlling meditation, you will learn how to quiet your mind and how to use it as a powerful instrument for a creative life.
